I actually have some sleeping tablets here, though that's not much use to you. I have quite bad insomnia, I usually miss at least one night a week totally. I think it's actually my 'natutal' sleeping pattern is just wierd. Left to my on devices (holidays and such) I seem to adapt to being up about twenty hours then sleeping ten.
Anyways, hope you slept between posting and reading this.
Cat: We don't have xanax in Australia. I'll have to stock up next time Im in the States.
Crushed: I will shortly replenish my supplies.
Fuse: It feels weird you saying that - crass doesn't really suit your personality! But - I'm a girl so I don't fall asleep after sex.
Fingers: Actually, I was reading your back posts. And I was almost falling asleep - when there was suddenly a blackout cutting my access to the interweb temporarily.
SK: Next time - I will! : )
Uber: It doesn't usually have that affect on me but I'll try.
melatonin. I use melatonin. It is more natural and it works for me. I gave it once to a friend and it was like if he had drunk a glass of water. Not sure it works well on everyone... did you manage to fall asleep?
For me, I have to destimulate a good hour or so before bed time. No telly, no internet, no visitors, and camomile tea. I sometimes use a sleepy time that seems to work, or it's psychosomatic and I think it works!
I'm not too sure about all that natural stuff! I eventually got it to sleep.
FTW: Today when i was at the pharmacy replenishing my supplies, the pharmacy assistant asked me if I'd tried the "herbal" version. I just looked at her blankly.
Miss Smack: I should probably try that approach too. It's just so hard when family and friends live overseas and time differences mean you are up early or late to talk to them. And thanks :)
Fingers: Yeah. Overstimulation. That must have been it.
30 year old female, world wide navigator. Despite being informed that modern day Persia may not be in accord with the image I have of my Rubaiyat fantasies; I remain hopeful. Its just life man. Powerless to stop it.

Nah, just one good fuck would help you sleep, right? Three might keep you up all night...
I know, I'm a smart ass ;)
Hope you got some decent rest at least, even if you didn't sleep.
Have you tried reading Kitty's diet blog; that always makes me sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepy...
Email me and we'll do some late night talking about the perils of not being able to relax and fall asleep :)
Do yoga that will make you sleep-right there on the floor, even.

I hope you're sleeping well soon.
Cheers
You probably went into sensory overload. That's a lot of funny to absorb in one hit...

It's true I rarely do crass, because it isn't my normal style, but once in a while it pops out...
Guess I was in a mood.
